Elizabeth Heiner

Elizabeth Heiner is an associate attorney at Gill Law Group, PC. She focuses solely on family law matters, handling a wide range of cases including domestic violence, child custody, parental alienation, and property division. Ms. Heiner approaches each case differently based on the facts of the case, the parties involved, and the complexity of the matter. She has a unique view based on her own family law battles inside and outside the courtroom.

Her experience puts her in a position that not many other attorneys have – she has been where you are and has ridden the same emotional rollercoaster for years. Ms. Heiner was born in Los Angeles County and grew up in the Bay Area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies with an emphasis in economic development and a minor in Latin American Studies from Brigham Young University. She earned her law degree at Chapman University. She is admitted to practice law in California.

When she is not working, Ms. Heiner enjoys spending time with her husband and four at the pool and on their boat in the summer and watching TV and embroidering in the winter.
